After all, I don’t want to mess around with the marinade after a working day ... Roskoschestvo specialists attended to the problem of the safest kebabs that can be bought in stores. And they found out what money to spend on meat in any case is not worth it.

The test included kebabs of 24 Russian trademarks.

“Among them are Everyday, Miratorg, Ostankino, Cherkizovo and other popular brands,” they are told in.

Each sample was tested on 57 indicators. The most important thing that experts have figured out is that none of the brands cook the kebab from the spoiled meat.The second important thing - the meat for kebabs use really good, and not just illiquid with fat and veins.

Kebab of these six brands you can buy absolutely fearless, it will not disappoint you. The researchers note that meat under the brand Globus was the cheapest of those participating in the examination - only 199 rubles per kilogram. And the most expensive kebab - brand "Fresh" - scored only 3.64 points at a price of almost 700 rubles per kilo. His score was reduced for residual traces of antibiotics in meat.

Well, now the most important thing is which barbecue is not worth buying.

1.“Everyday,” “Rumfood,” and “Your Home,” an unacceptable amount of antibiotics was found in them. In addition, inconsistencies were found in the kebabs of the first two brands, indicating that the product was spoiled. “This is an excess of the number of microorganisms, inconsistencies identified by microscopic analysis of freshness, and a negative reaction of meat to copper sulphate,” the specialists explained. At the same time, the meat was fresh at the time of pickling. This suggests that the product has deteriorated during implementation.

2.Salmonella and listeria were found in the “Dmitrogorsky Product” barbecue.Listeria found in the "Malakhovsky".

3.E. coli bacteria were found in the shashlik “Velcom”, “Myasnov”, “Ramfood”, “Word of the butcher” and “Cherkizovo”.

4.In the kebabs "Atyashevo", "Nearest Hills", "Everyday", "Carousel", "Myasnov" and "Your House" were found exceeded the total number of bacteria. This is a sign of initial microbiological deterioration. It’s impossible to figure out exactly when the bacteria were brought to the kebab, when it began to deteriorate - in production, in a store. “However, this does not exempt anyone from responsibility,” they say in Roskachestvo.
