Honey Apple Pie
The traditional time for pies from apples of all stripes is the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. But even in winter, apple cakes are of particular relevance, filling the house with a heady aroma and reminding us of summer days and tea parties on the summer terrace. This recipe combines the sweetness of honey baked with the magical taste of apples with cinnamon. Nevertheless, the cake is good in its simplicity, cooking both dough and filling does not take much time and is ideal for the case when you want to quickly pamper your home with something tasty. Ingredients: 1. 2 or 3 (depending on the size) of an apple. 2. Flour 1 cup. 3. 3 eggs. 4. Honey 2 - 3 tablespoons. 5. Cinnamon.Step one. Before you start cooking, set the oven to warm up 180 degrees. Step two. If desired, you can pre-peel the apples. Use a sharp knife to clean the apples from the core and cut them into small cubes or slices. In a situation of acute shortage of time, you can chop the apples in a blender.But in this case, you should be careful that the pieces of apples do not turn into a uniform mashed potatoes. Also, for grinding apples, you can use a large grater. Spread the apple slices into the mold, pour honey evenly and sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently mix so that honey dries up all the apples. If you do not like the taste of honey or someone has an allergy to it, you can successfully replace honey with sugar. In this case, it will take about half a glass to pie.Step Three. Using a submerged blender, we connect the eggs and flour. Beat at maximum speed for two or three minutes. The dough should not be too thick and should resemble the pancake consistency. If the dough is not enough liquid, you can add a little milk to achieve the desired consistency.Step Four. Pour the apples in the form with a batter, making sure the filling is evenly coated. On top of the decoration, you can lightly sprinkle cinnamon pie.Step five. Put the shape with the apple pie in the oven and bake for about twenty minutes.Using a toothpick, check if the cake is ready.
