How to cook chicken cutlets?

Cooking Delicious Chicken Cutlets
For the preparation we need:
- 500 g chicken fillet;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- starch (3 tablespoons, but without a slide) - for a bunch;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g of cheese - an extra bunch;
- pepper, salt;
- garlic (at the discretion, about two or three cloves);
- frying oil.
- Fillet very finely chopped or just twisted in a large meat grinder.
- We rub cheese (better on a coarse grater), chop garlic (grated, garlic press or just finely cut with a knife).
- Mix cheese with spices (salt, pepper) and sour cream. If you really want, you can add your favorite spices. Well fit curry, dill, rosemary.In the resulting mixture of cheese and sour cream, add chopped fillet, starch, crushed garlic.
- All diligently mix. This is an important point: often the burgers fall apart because the stuffing is badly mixed. The best option is to mix the mass after adding each ingredient, and add them gradually. Starch advise to sift like flour, as it is often found lumps.
- We make mince cutlets, send to the pan and fry thoroughly.
