How to cook pancakes with ham and cheese

You will need
  • For pancakes:
  • - 1.5 cups of milk,
  • - 1 cup of flour,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 40 ml of butter,
  • - 1 tsp of sugar,
  • - salt to taste.
  • For filling:
  • - 150 grams of ham,
  • - 150 grams of any cheese,
  • - Basil to taste.
  • For submission:
  • - 80 grams of arugula,
  • - 2 tomatoes,
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • - 1 tsp balsamic vinegar,
  • - salt to taste
  • - black ground pepper to taste.
Sift the flour into a large cup, add a teaspoon of sugar, salt to taste and mix. Then add the egg. With constant stirring, add milk to the cup and knead the dough. Leave the dough aside for about 20 minutes - let it rest.
To serve, prepare a salad of tomatoes and arugula. The salad is cooked very simply, the ingredients are cut, seasoned and mixed in a bowl. It is not necessary to make just such a salad, the delivery can be to your taste.
150 grams of ham (you can take a little more) cut into cubes. 150 grams of cheese, grate on a medium grater.
Add melted butter to the dough, stir well.
Heat the pan and fry the pancakes.
On a baked pancake, place a portion of ham, season with chopped basil (optional) and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the pancake with the envelope. Thus form the remaining pancakes. Fry crispy fried pancakes and serve with salad.
