How to cook zucchini fritters: a recipe from SUNMAG
September - time zucchini and zucchini. This deuce is good in different dishes, but especially if you make pancakes from them.
What you need:
- 1-2 medium zucchini or zucchini
- 1-2 eggs
- 2-3 Art. spoons of flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt / pepper to taste
How to cook
- Zucchini clean, grate on a coarse grater.
- Peel the garlic and add to the grated zucchini. Stir with hands, salt and leave for 10-15 minutes before the selection of the juice.
- Squeeze the juice.
- Drive in eggs and mix thoroughly. Add the flour and mix again.
- Grease the pan and warm it well.
- Bake like regular pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream, eat with appetite!
