How to get rid of a headache
Lie on a solid flat surface (floor, ground), throw your hands behind your head, relax, think about something pleasant. Blood circulation will be restored in the body, and in 10-15 minutes you will notice that the headache subsides. This method is suitable in cases where it is difficult to understand the cause of the headache.
Massage the temples and eyebrows. Start with circular stroking of the brow ridges, then go to the temples. Massage them with your fingertips. The effect will enhance the massage with essential oils of lavender, mint, rosemary and cumin.
Often a headache is caused by the tension of the muscles of the back and neck from a long sitting at the computer. In this case, a special gymnastics for the neck will help, which should be done every 1.5-2 hours at the computer, massage these parts of the body and walk in the fresh air.

Dip your feet in a basin of warm water. Essential oil of lavender or rosemary can be added to the water. Warm water will increase blood circulation in the body, including in the vessels of the brain. You can take a warm shower, directing a jet of water on the neck and back.
Do a point self-massage. To do this, push on the skin between the thumb and forefinger.
Drink a cup of strong tea with sugar or coffee, eat a couple of cloves of bitter chocolate. This method is intended for people with low blood pressure, in which the headache manifests itself in the temporal and occipital regions.
For regularly repeated headaches, consult a doctor as this can be a symptom of a serious illness.
Try to find a way that suits you. Perhaps it will be relaxing music, airing stuffy room, sleep.
