How to make banana cream
You will need
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 2 bananas;
- - 2 tbsp. powdered sugar;
- - A pinch of vanilla sugar.
Whip sour cream with powdered sugar until thick. You can use the cream, but it is better not to interrupt them, otherwise there will be a separation of oil and serum.
Peeled bananas are cut into small pieces and turn them into mashed potatoes in a blender. You can just mash with a fork, but it will take more time.
Stir the whipped sour cream mixture and banana puree until smooth, add a pinch of vanilla sugar. The finished mass should be allowed to stand for thirty minutes, and the resulting cream is ready for use.
