How to quickly make a cheap and tasty capelin fish snack
According to this recipe, capelin is cooked in a matter of minutes, so you can easily abandon its consumption in salted and smoked form by regularly savoring the delicious home-cooked fish. Despite the very affordable cost and small size, nutritionally, the capelin is quite capable of competing with the much more expensive members of the fish family in your diet. So, this fish contains 23% of easily digestible proteins, iodine, selenium, vitamins A and D, essential fatty acids of the Omega-3 class (slightly less than salmon - 8.2 g / kg against 12). In order to preserve nutrients to the maximum, it is better to cook it for a couple, but the capelin in the oven is much tastier.Step 1. Put the fish in a colander, let drain excess water. Put the spices in a bowl of flour.Step 2. Squeeze juice from a lemon by hand from lemon and pour it on it. A well-mixed spicy flour mix is added to the fish tank.Step 3. Shaking the bowl gently, get the flour to evenly envelop each fish. Please note - some of it may stick to the bottom.Step 4.Dry the baking dish and grease it with vegetable oil (adjust its amount arbitrarily, but remember that the calorie content of a capelin with a large amount of fat increases almost threefold).Step 7.
