How to stew a chicken

You will need
    • Chicken - the whole carcass
  • 2 large lemons
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
  • a glass of dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instruction
Wash the chicken, dry with a paper towel. Divide the carcass into portions, salt and pepper. Put the meat in a bowl and send to the fridge in the marinade.
Prepare a saucepan or sauté pan, and chicken meat will be marinated there. Cook the marinade. Wash and dry lemons. Remove the zest from them, cut into eight pieces. Send them along with the removed zest to the marinade pan. Gently press on the lemons with a fork.
Rub the garlic on a fine grater and combine with lemons, add rosemary.
After half an hour, remove the pieces of lemon. Put the stewpan with the chicken on the fire, simmer for 1 hour.

The peel is only the yellow part of the citrus peel. When removing the peel can not be too zealous, otherwise you remove the peel as a whole.
When squeezing the juice from the lemons just do not zealous, otherwise the lemon will give bitterness.
Helpful advice
There is another great way to marinate chicken. Take two cups of pickle from barrel cucumbers and leave the whole carcass in it or in chunks for at least 40 minutes. Stew meat in the same marinade.
