Mix the butter with lemon juice and zest. Expand aniseed seeds and half pepper, mix. Cut the cheese into cubes and gently stick the wooden sticks into pieces. Place them in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. After that, fry the skewers in a frying pan for grilling or in a conventional frying pan over high heat from all sides until brown and crisp.

Put on a plate, sprinkle with the remaining pepper. Serve hot.
