We pour carbonated water into a saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil over a quiet fire. Pour chocolate pieces into the water and wait for them to completely dissolve. Transfer the saucepan to a bowl of ice-cold water and, while constantly stirring, cool. Chocolate mixture is put into ice cream maker. If not, then in a shallow container and put for an hour in the freezer. Then using a blender, beat and freeze again. The longer we beat the sorbet, the more gentle it will turn out.
