Spicy Chicken with Grapefruit

You will need
  • - 635 g of chicken fillet;
  • - 165 g of champignons;
  • - 245 grams of grapefruit;
  • - 125 g of hard cheese;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - 75 g of parsley;
  • - 100 g pomegranate seeds;
  • - 140 g of green onions.
Wash chicken fillet, dry well and cut into several pieces. Grate them with salt, pepper slightly, transfer to the pan with heated sunflower oil and fry first with one and then with the other.
Mushrooms as it should be washed, divided into two parts. Boil a smaller portion of the mushrooms in salted water and set aside for decoration.
Cut the rest into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil for about 9 minutes.
Peel and disassemble the grapefruit. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Grease the baking sheet thoroughly with vegetable oil, put the fried chicken fillet on it. Lay out grapefruit slices around each piece, put fried mushrooms and cheese slices on the pieces of chicken themselves.
Bake in the oven at a temperature not higher than 190 degrees for about 35 minutes.
