Prepare tomatoes (4-5 pieces), 50 ml of tomato sauce, 2 onions, a teaspoon of paprika, 200 gr. smoked sausage, 200 grams mozzarella cheese. Pizza dough: 400 gr. flour, 2 tsp dry yeast, 3/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 250 ml. water. These ingredients you have enough for 2 pizzas. Combine products, mix them. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
Fold the dough into a bowl, greased with vegetable oil. Grease the dough on top as well: it will fit better. Place the bowl for 40 minutes in a warm place. Then knead the dough again, it will take 1-2 minutes.
