If you decide to read an article with a similar name, then you are obviously tired of your daily menu, and the daily lunch question, naturally, has not disappeared anywhere, just the same, on the contrary, every time it becomes more acute and annoying.
This matter, such as eating lunch, should be approached very seriously, because, in fact, this is the most important and most intense period when you can be pampered first, second and even third.
Agree that for breakfast, not everyone is able to cram a plate of porridge and a couple of sandwiches, because the body just woke up and is not yet ready for such an active absorption of food, so you have to do little. At dinner, many also try not to gorge, it turns out that the only meal, when you can and should eat peacefully and with great appetite, is lunch.
In view of the insane rhythm of modern life, many people do not have the opportunity to pamper themselves with a full-fledged home-cooked meal, they have to have a small snack during the lunch break or to cook in a hurry, something that is simpler and faster.
But, nevertheless, sometimes it is worth paying attention to your stomach, as well as to your own household and to please them with something tasty, unusual and appetizing. To do this, we picked up a small selection of options that will tell you that you can quickly cook something tasty for lunch, without having to stand at the stove for half a day.
We will consider several options of dishes from the standard calculation: the first, second and dessert. So, let's start with the first dishes: naturally it will be soup or borsch, because every day your body should be happy with the liquid, besides, the cooled soup is then very easy and quick to heat up, which will save you from daily fabrication to cook it.
Vegetable Soup Recipe
Variations of vegetable soup can be a great many, in fact, you can add to it everything that you have to taste, of course, from vegetable products, we also offer you the easiest and fastest version of the dish. So, what we need:
- pork on the bone - 300 g;
- frozen green peas;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- potatoes - 4 pcs .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- Tomato - 1 pc.
The process of preparation is quite simple: in a saucepan (3 liters) we add meat, fill it with water and set broth.After the pork has boiled, collect the foam, add a tablespoon of salt, bay leaf, as well as any other spices at your personal discretion.
While the broth is boiling, let's proceed to the vegetables: peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, peel carrots and onions from the skin. Cut onions into strips, carrot cubes and send them to the griddle - make a zazharku.
After you have cleaned the Bulgarian pepper, we also cut it into thin strips and, if desired, send it to the carrot and onion, fry it, or you can add the raw pepper directly into the broth.
After the meat is cooked (after boiling up 40-60 minutes), we send there the crumbled pepper, zazharku, as well as potatoes and green peas. When the potatoes are boiled (in 15 minutes), the soup is almost ready: it remains to chop the tomato into thin half rings and, 5 minutes before switching off, we also send them to the broth.
If it is the season of greens (dill, parsley, cilantro), then it can be added to the soup along with the tomatoes. The result is a very light and nourishing first, which can be eaten even by those who watch their extra pounds.
Chicken Cutlet Recipe
Cutlets - one of the most common and favorite dishes for the second, each hostess prepares them in their own way, having their own little secrets of the process. The most pleasant thing about this recipe is the quick cooking time, as well as the strikingly juicy and delicate taste of the resulting dish. What we need:
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- long loaf - 2 stale slices;
- salt, pepper to taste;
To begin with, wash and cut chicken fillets into small pieces, and then peel the onions and also cut them into small slices. Then skip the meat and onions through a meat grinder, add the same egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
Soak the baton in water (literally 30 seconds), take it out, squeeze it well and add to the meat base, pre-crumbling. Once again, mix everything thoroughly, add crushed garlic and mix everything again, beat the stuffing so that it turns out as dense as possible and does not fall apart when frying.
Using wet hands, sculpt the mince patties and place them on a horizontal surface. With dry hands we roll them in breadcrumbs and alternately send them to the pan, preheating it together with sunflower oil.
On each side we fry the burgers until a beautiful golden hue appears. Do not forget that this dish is best served with some side dish, for example, boiled potatoes, buckwheat porridge or pasta, which can be cooked in the process of frying meatballs.
Cottage cheese donuts recipe
Well, now it's time for a light and very tasty dessert that will appeal to everyone, without exception, and especially to children. Donuts are airy, fragrant and literally melt in your mouth, it's very easy to cook them! You will need:
- cottage cheese - 250 g;
- sugar - 100 g;
- flour - 300 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs .;
- zest of 1 lemon;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- salt - pinch;
- vanilla sugar - 10 g.
Pour sugar into a common deep container, break eggs, add vanilla, soda and a pinch of salt, beat everything well.
The next stage - add well-kneaded cottage cheese, mix and send the same grated lemon zest, knead to a uniform yellowish mass. Little by little we begin to add flour, gradually knead the dough. When the dough is ready, roll out a layer with a thickness of no more than 8 mm, and then cut out a donut-shaped round shape with a hole.
Heat the pan with sunflower oil in advance and send donuts to it, fry until golden brown on each side. Note, it is important that the sunflower oil was a lot, it should, at least, cover the donuts to their middle. Sprinkle ready snacks with powdered sugar, dessert is ready!

What we need:
- cranberries - 100 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- boiled water - 1 l;
We pre-wash the berries, dry them on a paper towel, and then wipe it through a sieve. We will have a thick jelly-like mass, now we need to add water: pour it directly through a sieve, in which there are squeezes from the berries, stir well and add sugar as desired. Our cranberry juice is ready!
This is only an approximate version of the menu for lunch, in fact, there are many variations, perhaps someone would prefer kharcho or borscht to vegetable soup, and instead of chops they would like to pamper themselves with chops.
